A-7 Termite Inspections
Dependable, quality termite inspections are provided by A7 Inc.,
for whom Greg Bertaux is the designated inspector serving the
Treasure Coast. Please note, in Florida, all termite
inspectors must be an employee of a Certified Pest Control
Operator. (CPCO) In actual practice, a termite inspection is called a WDO Report, or Wood Destroying Organism Report. Not only is the inspection conducted for termites, but it also includes inspection for Powder Post Beetles, Old House Borers, and Wood Decaying Fungi; all of which have the capability to cause damage to structures and their contents.
Termites can do massive damage in a short amount of time. In Southern Florida we have 3 primary types of termites along with some less common termite strains. People from up north are used to dealing with only subterranean termites. In warmer climates like we also have drywood termites. Drywood termites can be even more difficult and expensive to treat than the subterranean strains.
Why use Greg Bertaux, a representative of A7 for your termite inspection? Simple, we do not
offer to sell treatments or warranty bonds for termites. This way
there is no conflict of interest for our clients. With
other termite companies, you may always wonder if they are stretching the truth of their inspection in order to induce a sale for a treatment or a multi-year service contract
for another $400 to $1800 dollars. Since we do not offer
treatments, you can count on us to report the truth.
