A pool is a luxury amenity you want to be sure is safe and in good condition.  There are many potential issues that can affect a pool or spa.  Our pool inspection verifies: safety elements,  equipment operation, electrical function, heaters, pumps, filters, skimmers, chlorinators or chlorine generators for salt water pools, integrity of pool structures, water features, and condition of the interior shell, tiles and deck.

Most home inspectors are not trained or knowledgeable about pool systems because such training or education is not required or included with Home Inspector licensing.  Greg Bertaux is a nationally certified pool operator (CPO) and a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).  He provided excellent pool inspections that can identify key issues that may require many thousands of dollars to repair.
